CEO and Founder
Michael began his career as an insurance professional in 1968, and in 1996, he founded Creekmore Livingston, Inc. Throughout his career, he has held senior insurance brokering and consulting positions, led tactical and strategic account development, and managed business development and related marketing initiatives. He is responsible for all marketing, carrier negotiations, plan development, and reporting to affiliated client societies. For several of Creekmore Livingston's larger and more prestigious association accounts, Michael serves as the liaison between the Association Committee on Group Insurance, numerous related participating societies, third-party administrator, and insurance carriers.

Melissa began her career in association management working closely with volunteer leaders. Her responsibilities included content development, event planning, publication and promotion of association publications, design awards and the coordination of quarterly newsletters. She joined Creekmore Livingston in 2006. Her interests include marketing and customer relations.

Jack has over 40 years' experience as an insurance professional in top management as well as consultant positions with insurance companies, administrators and agencies. He has developed innovative sales programs for association and affinity groups, offering group benefits and individual insurance products. Additional services include merger/acquisition and intermediary involvement as well as strategic and other marketing solutions.

Director
Donald is an uncompensated Member of Creekmore Livingston's Board of Directors, a position that he assumed in 2002 upon retirement as Deputy Executive Director of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. During his tenure at AAPG from 1978-2002, Don served as staff liaison to the Committee on Group Insurance, and is acutely aware of how the program must function to satisfy members.

Virginia has been on the staff of Creekmore Livingston, Inc. since its inception in 1996 and is the liaison between the administrator's office, the insureds, the broker, and the insurance carriers. Her responsibilities include administration, communication, marketing, and service.
